Hivekit is broad, but adoption does not have to be. You do not need to track every asset, integrate every system, or train every employee on day one. Hivekit is designed for modular rollout, delivering value from the start and expanding as your team is ready.

A Typical Engagement

Provisioning

We set up a dedicated Hivekit instance for your operation. It runs on separate infrastructure with its own database — either in a cloud region close to your site, managed by us, or directly on your premises or in your data center.
Day 1
Critical Path

Together, we choose the first workflow, crew, area, or operational objective to focus on. This is usually a clearly defined part of the mine with measurable goals, so impact can be proven early.
Days 2-11
Ten-Day Onboarding

We have refined onboarding into a structured process. One or two Hivekit consultants visit your site, learn your workflows, understand your planning and execution methods, and train the first users. We work closely with mine managers, supervisors, planners, shift coordinators, maintenance teams, and other key stakeholders while keeping disruption to a minimum.
Days 12-14
Initial Configuration

Based on what we learn on site, we configure Hivekit around your operation: activities, locations, mine maps, scheduling templates, permissions, user roles, and reporting structures. We can also install common connectors, such as Single Sign-On and mine planning integrations.
Days 15-60
Growth & Integration

Once the first workflow is live, we help you expand. Vehicles, people, equipment, production metrics, and site systems can be integrated step by step. If you adopt ops.ai, this is also where the models begin learning from your site’s specific patterns, constraints, and operating logic.
Day 60+
As Far as You Want to Go
